We're here for lunch during an event, so the rooms/accommodation issue doesn't concern us. The place is modern and spacious, and we'll see how quickly table service goes. However, there's plenty of staff, and the parking lot is large and spacious.

It could be updated a bit, all in all it's nice

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Ideal location for cycling tours. Close to Cà Tiepolo, where boat trips depart.

We've rarely eaten such delicious and affordable food. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pizza was a dream, and the kids always wanted the best fries in the world.

We stayed there with a cycling group for five nights. The food and service were perfect, even wine and water were included. Unfortunately, communication in the hotel is a bit difficult, as hardly any German or English is spoken. Only the waiter in the morning spoke German. Unfortunately, there was no reception. There is a large parking lot directly in front of the hotel. Some of the rooms don't have windows facing the outside, but instead face the hallway, which feels a bit cramped. However, there is a very well-kept garden with a pool. A supermarket and pharmacy are nearby.

I must disagree somewhat with other reviews. We stayed at the hotel for four days. The price was truly reasonable. I can confirm the cleanliness of the rooms, the courtesy of the staff, and the breakfasts were average for Italian hotels, but still good. The rating would be higher, but it's undermined by the poor quality of the room, which is accessed via an external staircase. Booked through the leading online booking company, it overlooked the noisy parking lot along the main road. The double-glazed windows might have allowed us to sleep, but the room's air conditioning, which was only suitable for a walk-in refrigerator and had no adjustable temperature, forced us to sleep with the window open. The bathroom (1980s-style) is also worthy of criticism. It's clean, but its window opens onto the shared corridor leading to the rooms, and it lacks hooks or handles for personal items and towels. The rooms lack a mini-fridge; there's a shared glass-fronted refrigerator in the access corridor, from which (this is Italy!) our bottles of mineral water were promptly stolen. Numerous Wi-Fi networks practically never work (even Vodafone works very poorly in the area). A truly sore point is the pool: The place is beautifully and well-maintained, but unfortunately it is open (apparently free) to the local public and was literally and noisily overrun and unusable for all four days of our stay. We only managed to take a quick dip around 8:30 in the morning. In short, if you're considering a hotel for the pool, skip it.

Simple but clean structure and good value for money

Very nice and well-kept place. It's improved a lot, but at a truly insane price. I mean, it's almost luxury now. A very ordinary Margherita costs €7.50, definitely too much for the place it's in. Not to mention the rest. It has everything from meat, fish, and pizzas. Attentive staff, clean place, disabled facilities, and babysitting service available. Ample parking. The location is a little inconvenient, but excellent for their goals. You can stay here and host all sorts of parties. The only real problem is the truly excessive price increase. Too bad.
