The menu is limited, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but they kept the door open to serve the few customers on the terrace, making the room feel cold. I recommend expanding the menu to improve.

Beautiful view with lovely staff. Arrived in the lovely village of Castel Gandolfo with enough time to wander the cobblestone streets and relax with a cappuccino and a pastry in the fresh air and sunshine, prior to our tour of the Palace and Gardens.

The place is nice and the food is good. The dishes are tasty and the quality is good overall. However, the appetizers seemed a bit low for the price, considering how much we spent per person. The worst part was the bill: it wasn't possible to separate the debit card payments for each diner. In my opinion, in 2025, this shows a lack of courtesy and attention to customers, especially when you're in a group and everyone wants to pay their share. It's a shame, because it wouldn't take much to make the experience truly enjoyable until the end.

4 stars because it deserves the location with lake view. Good food but I don't think there is a good quality/price ratio considering the costs of each dish. Update on the feedback. Actually I was referring to the expectations on QUALITY because the economic ones were very clear before booking.
