Very cozy little place in the historic center of Molveno 💖

Walk in Molveno and we stumbled upon this tavern perched in the historic town, pleasant experience, magnificent food! We were welcomed as if we were at home, even with cutlery and glasses for the child with precautions that we couldn't find anywhere else! There is nothing else to say other than magnificent compliments

Excellent culinary experience, blueberry risotto and dishes with superlative venison, cold cuts and cheese platter of excellent quality... absolutely worth trying... very kind staff and even though we showed up without a reservation we were welcomed magnificently, just long enough for a table to become free... just for an aperitif....

Three days in Trentino, always having lunch and dinner outside. Last lunch at Bucaneve, the best eaten by God, plentiful and of excellent quality... truly TOP TOP... Excellent and courteous service... really worth it...

Of course because being in a spectacular region where cycle paths are at the top, services are not lacking even in tiny villages, cleanliness is rampant in all the street corners... the core... in short, the heart of a country I see and feel it from the cooks who with their pans try to express the territory by transmitting through their dishes the best that can be passed down. Oh yes... in this region everything is good, but sometimes certain restaurants really make the difference... because for once we really have to say it, no frills, no salami, everything here is really good, starting with the wine! which is obviously not made at the restaurant, but is chosen by them....sparkling white wine from the house, excellent! Blueberry risotto and fondue... spectacular! Beef fillet with honey and hazelnut crust with marinated radicchio o t i m o! The sautéed mushrooms were also good although honestly they left a hint of acidity in my mouth... still definitely good. The caramel panna cotta with a side of coffee crunchies, delicious. And finally the courtesy of the two waitresses who were always attentive to our needs and also to that of our dog! right corollary of a perfect lunch. These are qualities that are not to be taken for granted in the world of catering. I have traveled a lot in Italy, and I must tell you that there are very few places like these, where the passion for one's work is transmitted to every dish that is served, where the smile of a waitress is sincere and generous and one immediately recognizes its authenticity.....I'll just say: keep it up! If you pass by Molveno... this is definitely the restaurant to eat in, I can't say anything else. Well done excellent work.

Traditional environment, excellent dishes, courtesy and kindness. I would say that the ingredients for a place to return to and recommend are all there. Plus they accept dogs…which is why we didn't stop elsewhere (thankfully!)

Il locale dove abbiamo mangiato meglio durante la nostra vacanza, piatti buoni e con porzioni giuste. Molto bene anche il servizio, super consigliato.
