We dined at the Bucaneve Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the typical Alpine flavors. The dumplings in broth were truly delicious, and the tagliata was perfectly cooked, accompanied by mushrooms, polenta, and excellent cheese. The whole thing was made even more special by two glasses of Teroldego. An authentic and delicious experience, we highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor traditional mountain cuisine.

We felt very comfortable in this restaurant, which is why we ate there three times during our vacation. The service was extremely friendly, constantly checking that everything was perfect, and the food was fantastic. Each of the many dishes we tried was very well prepared. The wine selection was excellent, including a very good house wine. The decor was beautifully decorated with all the old pictures of the place. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and was even allowed to sleep on his blanket on the corner bench. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

The risotto with blueberries and melted cheese, the beef fillet strips with potatoes, and the caramel cream – all in all, a dream come true! My husband had the ravioli, the beef fillet, and the amaretto cream. Everything was simply fantastic! Highly recommended!

We decided to dine here for the first time after many years in Molveno. We were very satisfied, the service was impeccable, and above all, the portions were generous and delicious.

All the starters and main courses were delicious, and the staff, in particular, were very friendly and welcoming. There are also many regional and traditional dishes, which we really enjoyed. The chocolate brownie was a bit too dry for us, but that's probably a matter of opinion. The restaurant is located slightly off the beaten track in the center and impresses with its cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The heart of Molveno...Er core de Molveno Certo perché essendo in una regione spettacolare dove le piste ciblabili sono al top i servizi non mancano anche in paesini minuscoli, la pulizia imperversa in tutti gli angoli delle strade...il core ..insomma il cuore di un paese io lo vedo e lo sento dalle cuoche che con le padelle cercano di esprimere il territorio trasmettendo attraverso i loro piatti il meglio che si possa tramandare. Eh sì.....in questa regione è tutto buono, ma alcune volte certi ristoranti fanno proprio la differenza...perché per una volta bisogna proprio dirlo, senza fronzoli senza salamelecchi, qui è veramente tutto buono, e si comincia dal vino che non viene fatto ovviamente al ristorante, ma da loro viene scelto....bianco frizzante della casa, ottimo! Risotto mirtilli e fonduta.. spettacolare! Filetto di manzo con miele e crosta di nocciole con radicchio marinato o t t i m o! Buoni anche i funghi trifolati anche se onestamente mi lasciavano un filo di acidità in bocca.. comunque decisamente buoni. La panna cotta al caramello con contorno di croccantini al caffè, deliziosa. Ed infine la cortesia delle due cameriere sempre attente ai nostri bisogni e pure a quello del nostro cane! giusto corollario di un perfetto pranzo. Queste sono qualità per nulla scontate nel mondo della ristorazione. Ho girato molto in Italia, e vi devo dire che sono veramente poche le realtà come queste, dove la passione per il proprio lavoro viene trasmessa ad ogni piatto che viene servito, dove il sorriso di una cameriera è sincero e generoso e se ne riconosce subito la genuinità...vi posso solo dire: continuate così! Se passate da Molveno... questo è decisamente il ristorante dove mangiare, non posso aggiungere altro. Brave ottimo lavoro.
