Yesterday, while strolling around Florence, we stumbled upon this delightful place. We ate a truly succulent Florentine steak. The wine was excellent, too. Highly recommended.

We were a bit hungry that day because it’s very difficult to find good restaurants in this city, and there are a lot of fake reviews on Google Maps. I heard our hotel staff recommend one of “buca” restaurants in Firenze. Luckily, we found this place! We ordered tiramisu and risotto, and they were amazing. It was such an honor to talk with the tiramisu master after the meal. Highly recommend their Il Risotto Estivo and tiramisu! (Btw their staffs were really friendly, we’ll definitely go back again in the future. :D )

Ristorante nel centro storico di Firenze, a due passi da piazza Signoria. Si mangia benissimo!! Ottimi piatti dai sapori equilibrati. Ambiente familiare, ospitalità e simpatia. Abbiamo cenato e ritornati a cenare la sera dopo. Peccato averlo scoperto a fine vacanza. Consigliatissimo.

Este es uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en Florencia. La comida es deliciosa y auténtica, y la selección de vinos es genial e incluye algunas opciones locales de chianti. El restaurante en sí está abajo, o se puede comer en el espacio al aire libre si el tiempo es agradable; hemos hecho ambas cosas y estábamos contentos en ambos lugares. El servicio es amable y servicial, incluso cuando hicimos algunas solicitudes especiales de comidas adicionales para llevar - lejos para nuestros hijos, y el ambiente era animado. Volveremos a visitar la próxima vez que estemos en Florencia!

27/08/2025: I went to Ristorante Marione in Florence and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. I started with the house appetizer, rich and tasty, and continued with the first courses: truly delicious and finally plentiful, something you don't always find. The Fiorentina steak was a must. Everything was delicious. The staff was very courteous and friendly throughout the evening, and at the end of the meal they even offered me a glass of Vin Santo with tozzetti, truly delicious. A restaurant that combines quality, tradition, and customer service. Highly recommended!!!
