Buca Poldo. I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The place is downstairs, the atmosphere is very quiet, and the waiters are friendly and make you feel at home. The quality of the meat is excellent. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. When I return to Florence, I will definitely return.

This restaurant is an accessory that Florence wears with meticulous care. I went for dinner with my mother on Sunday evening, and I will cherish fond memories of this place. The owners were so welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was warm, homey, yet refined. The tripe was excellent, the wild boar tender and fragrant. The polenta crostini with porcini mushrooms won us over. We ended the evening with a delicious amaro, reminiscent of our roots. See you soon! ❤️

Excellent food, fast service, authentic Florentine cuisine right in the city center. The blonde waitress (I don't remember her name) was incredibly kind and friendly, and gave us excellent advice! Truly talented. Highly recommended for both the food and the service.
