Excellent experience. Passing through Passolanciano, I decided to stop for lunch. The grilled meat was excellent, and Lorenzo, the butcher, was able to help me choose the right meat. I chose a 40-day Wolf Friesian, which melted in my mouth. I'll definitely be back.

Top-notch local grilled lamb... I often come here when we want to eat authentic, home-grown products. Ask for Lorenzo, who always recommends meat that he prepares and cooks himself. The terrace is amazing.

I ate here on August 15th. Local lamb and top-quality veal steak. As an appetizer, their own cave-aged cured meats were amazing! With local shepherd's cheeses. If you want to eat real home-made meat and cured meats, I recommend this place and ask Lorenzo, the owner, who is very knowledgeable about meats and cured meats, all prepared by him and his father, a butcher for three generations. The atmosphere is clean and the view from the charming terrace is stunning.

At "La Terrazza," everything takes on an informal and authentic feel. Lorenzo, the last of a lineage of butchers, along with his partner Enevia, guides us through the tasting, almost visually accompanying us into the caves where the meat rests before being served at the table. A spectacle of aromas fills the room when he shows us the black truffle, and the journey continues as he explains how he prefers local animals.
And then the flavor confirms the explanations, because it rhymes with passion, love, and awareness.
A lunch, in a location suspended in time and with an '80s and '90s feel, where we reconnected with the very meaning of a different life, made of small gestures but with great commitment and dedication.
Simply fantastic cured meats and sliced meats, tasty but never heavy cheeses, first courses expertly prepared by Enevia, rich in aromas and contrasts yet harmonious.
We hope the young people maintain the passion that too often goes unmet in a society that, too often, favors other things.
