Very cozy, perfect location on a square with a view, very nice and friendly service. Ate here 4 times in 3 weeks and all 4 times were perfect. Highly recommended.

Food was great, carpaccio very good, portion ok as a starter, spaghetti carbonara good, portion as primo piatti rather small for Swiss standards, nice ambience, view of the lake and part of the harbor, slightly windy and shady, ideal at temperatures over 30 degrees! !

We spontaneously went there for lunch before heading home. The service was great, the food was fresh and very tasty, the lemon soda was the best I've ever drunk. The facility may be a bit older but everything is very clean. We would come here again at any time.

Wir waren spontan vor der Heimreise dort zum Mittagessen. Der Service war top, das Essen frisch und sehr lecker, das Lemon Soda war das Beste das ich je getrunken habe. Die Einrichtung ist zwar evtl schon etwas älter aber es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Cozy terrace with good service. Comfy seats and nice view Pizza customization is possible. Food and wine very good and not expensive!

28/09/2024: We happened upon it by chance during a rainy afternoon but the meat and cold cuts counter reassured us. Everything truly exceptional. Very kind and attentive staff. Price in line with the quality which is excellent
12/09/2024: When I come here on holiday. I can't help but go to the dairy and eat at Osteria da Carpano almost every day, the food is excellent!!!! They are kind and friendly. Delicious products 🤗before leaving, shopping for everything 🤗and when I get home. Through their website I get their products delivered to my home. And the Christmas packages are very welcome by my friends 🤗 thank you carpano !!!!!

27/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato alcune sere in questo locale del centro di Riva. Partiamo dalla cortesia e simpatia della titolare, sempre pronta ad una risata ed una battuta, così come il marito ed i suoi consigli sulle grappe. Cibo: ottimo, di qualità, porzioni abbondanti e davvero tutto buono. Consiglio lo stinco. Ma abbiamo in pratica provato tutto il menù. Quando tornerà a Riva, sarà il mio unico punto di riferimento.
31/07/2024: Ich war schon öfters da! Die Ravioli sind immer hausgemacht. Aufmerksamer Service. Sehr gute Auswahl an Digestifs. Mir gefällt besonders das Konzept Terra/Lago (Land/See). Schleie, Felchen, Hecht, Barsch, Sarde statt Tiefkühlfisch aus der Nordsee. Kompliment fürs Konzept! Null-km wird angepeilt! Auch viele einheimische Gäste.
