The food experience is excellent. Every dish is carefully prepared, with high-quality ingredients, and truly delicious. The service is excellent, fast, and efficient. The location is fantastic, very charming and rustic. A lovely discovery.

I can't find an adjective to describe the culinary experience. Federica delighted us with excellent dishes that weren't as traditional as they are commonly understood. I'll just say Be Na Bi' (translation from the Sardinian "Come and See"). The authentic food is highly recommended: inviting fregola, unusual mussel soup, and extraordinary mullet. Excellent wine selection. I'll always remember the aromas of the different courses.

A great place in Cagliari, in an exceptional location carved directly into the rock. The only drawback is the constant humidity and the smell. The menu offers regional dishes of great freshness and quality. I opted for the caramelized pork, which was absolutely amazing and delicious. The two mini potatoes, on the other hand, were completely unremarkable, and I would recommend adding a more substantial side dish. The typical Sardinian dessert was good. The waitress and chef are friendly and charming. She will be able to offer good advice if you speak Italian.

We chose this restaurant for dinner, a bit removed from the chaos of the surrounding streets. We only had time to browse the menu and realized we weren't in our usual restaurant. Refined and meticulously prepared dishes, perfect pairings, and delicate flavors. We chose two appetizers and two main courses, both meat and seafood, accompanied by an excellent Vermentino. We enjoyed them calmly and quietly, in a truly charming setting, a sort of "cave" tastefully furnished with an open kitchen. Flavor, innovation, and personality. If you like to think outside the box, give this place a chance; I assure you, you won't regret it. Aloha!

Nice food, impressive as it seemed to be one woman doing serving and cooking. However not safe for people with allergies, specified allergy when arrived and ordering, as well as ordering a meal which was stated to be without the allergen, but was still served a meal containing that allergen. Was also very quiet and took a long time between dishes, however would still recommend if you don’t mind a long meal and are allergen free!

Excellent Sardinian food with an eye for the detail! Nice and relaxed atmosphere, near to the tourist area but not touristic at all! Very nice and tasty food, handmade for each portion. The ambiance and old spacy cellar makes it worth a visit you will not regret. Last nut not least: the authentic welcoming from the owner, also being servant and cook. She deserves your visit!

We were four clumsy people who didn't know what to choose! The chef was able to advise us very well, as his cuisine is excellent! Original location. Definitely recommended.
