Renovated, fresh, bright and welcoming place, new management in the hands of young and trained staff.
Good quality cuisine and service, although more attention to the first courses wouldn't hurt. Excellent tuna dishes, average prices.

Carloforte = tonno di conseguenza attratto dalle recensioni ho cenato qui.
Secondo me da rivedere le porzioni e la presentazione.
Il piatto "assaggio di tonno" propone 4 assaggi diversi, proprio bocconi come detto dal cameriere, ma presentati in un piatto estremamente grande.... All'occhio risultava decisamente assaggini.
La tartare invece molto generosa ma la presentazione qui sembrava più confusionaria.
I sapori tutti buoni, niente da dire.
Forse forse i prezzi.....un pelino alti.

Ottima esperienza sotto tutti i pinti di vista, tonno rosso, proveniente dalla tonnara, freschissimo e cucinato in maniera eccellente. Servizio impeccabile, camerieri super disponibili, ti raccontano ogni piatto con passione. Ottimo vino del territorio.
Non ci sono parole per esprimere l’eccellenza del prodotto servito.
Prezzi adeguati all’offerta.
Sicuramente ritorneremo.

I ate at this place with a group of friends and we were very satisfied! New management, completely renovated and very nice place. We took the crudi as an appetizer (special), fried calamari and octopus with potatoes. The blue spaghetti with spirulina algae with red prawn and the seared tuna are also excellent. Excellent quality cuisine and friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

The location was nice and especially the air conditioning which was perfect in these hot days.
The staff is kind and accommodating.
It's a shame that the dishes weren't that great: the tuna, caper and lemon linguine and the paccheri with swordfish were assembled without being blended, with little taste and little soul.
The “seared tuna” was cooked completely and had no flavor.
The only dish that survived was the tuna tataki, very good.
The bill at €40 per person, with a €24 bottle of wine, certainly acceptable.

We went for dinner, the dishes we ordered were served in a short time, they were of excellent quality, there was fresh fish cooked in a sublime way and the waiters are super smiley and very professional!
