The wait was very long, we had made reservations: 30 minutes for the order, another 30 for the appetizer, and 45 for the main courses, which were served to only three of the four diners. The fourth diner started eating when the others were almost finished. The food was good, but the meat, served on non-preheated plates, got cold quickly. We forgot about the coffee because after two and a half hours we needed to get up and leave. The staff was courteous but inattentive to the customers' needs, and the service was disorganized; they had already entered the amount into the contactless payment terminal without even telling us how much the bill was. Nice place, but not recommended for those with insulin or diabetes issues due to the long waits. We went last year for the same occasion, and the service was definitely better... maybe the romance has faded.

Portobuffolé's historic restaurant, well-maintained, offers excellent food, and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it. Prices are average for the service.

I ate here for business and had a great time. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. The food was homemade and incredibly delicious. Although the lunch menu was limited, everything I tried was delicious. I'll definitely be back! 🥰
