The safe place where I've taken refuge many times to satisfy my craving for mountains & great food! The photos were taken during the 2025 Mushroom Festival! A very promising restaurant in the center of the beautiful mountain village of Gambarie. The local bean and mushroom soup was excellent.

21/08/2025: Excellent quality food, shame about the somewhat slow service, very good waiters and fair prices.
20/08/2025: The food was very good, but one thing I didn't like at all was that they didn't give us the prices for what we ordered, and when it came to the bill, we ended up paying a lot. It's true that everything is fresh fish, but from reliable sources, the prices of the fish are different to those of the locals, so I felt a bit cheated, as they charge us tourists different prices... considering we've been coming here for years and know the place well.

Chapeau Restaurant Wine Bar

03/12/2025: Elegant... good coffee, lots of sweets and above all, courtesy and professionalism.
27/11/2025: The waiter was not very friendly or welcoming. He seemed to hate his own life and us as well. The meat we ordered was of low quality and contained many chewy and inedible parts of fat and connective tissue. However, admittedly, it was well prepared and the edible parts were tasteful. The opening times are a plus, so if there are no other restaurants open, this place can be considered - otherwise I'd skip it.
