Good value, friendly and fast service even during busy times. Despite what's written on the menu, they offer several gluten-free options; just ask (the usual thing, as everywhere, they obviously don't have a separate kitchen, but they're very attentive). The potato pastrin was very good. A modest but convenient location, ideal after a long hike. I'll be back.

Why go? - delicious food - friendly and helpful staff - you're in a beautiful location - if you're even luckier, you'll sit by the window and see horses running across a green meadow. Not enough? Then I give up.

I had a slice of strudel. When it was brought to me, I couldn't believe it could cost five euros, given how small it was. It's a shame because it was actually delicious.

We sat outside for a windy and chilly day for summer, I enjoyed the lamb more so than the venison. Charcuterie was delicious and the people were very friendly. Don’t forget your stamps so you can send a nice postcard from the top! The road up from Caneva was amazing with twisties and hairpin roads!

15/10/2025: Amazing! This little place was a real surprise. We were told that they didn't make "meals", only "snacks". Well, we couldn't finish the seemingly endless parade of snacks. Everything was delicious and the people were lovely. A huge amount of food plus a bottle of prosecco (plus an extra glass for me to taste their col fondo offering) all came to less than 50 euros. Highly recommended.
27/08/2025: We ate very well, the staff were kind and very good, a beautiful old-fashioned place with a beautiful view while eating outside.

30/07/2025: A beautiful osteria with good food! I've been here for a couple of events, the last one being the Redentore country cuisine event. I ate well, and the wine was good too. I drank a Friulian red. The staff is friendly and fast. There are also outdoor tables, perfect for summer. There's not much parking, though. You have to park close to the road. I'll definitely be back! 👍
