We sat outside for a windy and chilly day for summer, I enjoyed the lamb more so than the venison. Charcuterie was delicious and the people were very friendly. Don’t forget your stamps so you can send a nice postcard from the top!
The road up from Caneva was amazing with twisties and hairpin roads!

We had lunch at Genziana immersed in the green heart of the Piana del Cansiglio, the atmosphere of the place is rustic and welcoming ... the menu is well structured with various first courses, second courses and side dishes, I had the potato gnocchi with asparagus cream and morels which were out of this world, the venison with polenta and mushrooms was also excellent.
The staff was fast and attentive ...
The quality / price ratio was super good, to return to try other dishes! Recommended 👍🏼

Arrived at the end of the walk on Sunday, without reservation, two, full place, very kind girl had told us to wait 15/20 minutes (it was 1.45 pm) after 5 minutes she found us a place outside. Good food all prepared at the moment, recommended.
