21/12/2025: I'm a customer and have always had good experiences in the past, so I'm sorry to have to report what happened last night. The pizza I ordered arrived with a significantly excessive amount of oil. I called a waiter, who asked me if I had added the oil (which I hadn't) and told me the pizza would be remade. A very kind and helpful waitress then came over and asked me several times if I wanted to remake the pizza, which I confirmed, as it was uneatable in that condition. After a few minutes, the pizza was brought back, but I realized it was the same as before, as I had already cut it in one spot. When I pointed this out, the waitress, visibly embarrassed, confirmed that it was the same pizza, simply drained of oil, and lukewarm to boot. I want to point out that the waitress was truly courteous, and I have no complaints about her behavior, but overall I didn't find the treatment appropriate: remaking a pizza would have been more proper and professional. For this reason, we regretfully will not return to this place.
