A typical Sila restaurant in a very rustic and simple wooden house. The atmosphere is family-friendly, as is the food. All the dishes we tried were truly delicious. Excellent prices.

Kudos to Fulvio and his staff. Last Sunday we had a wonderful meal, with quality food and generous portions. We've now decided this will be our go-to restaurant in Camigliatello.

Returning to this Camigliatello trattoria is always a pleasure. The atmosphere is somewhat rustic, but the service is efficient and attentive. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, homemade gnocchi, lamb, and chestnuts in must are all excellent. The house wine is also good, and the bottles are reasonably priced. Excellent value for money. It's a must-visit when in Camigliatello.

I've eaten here twice already, within a couple of days of each other. And I think it's perhaps one of the few places where you can still eat like they used to... Excellent appetizers, with freshly sliced cured meats, cheeses (they have the freshest ricotta), pickled vegetables, and delicious meatballs. Homemade first courses include excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and gnocchi with fresh tomatoes. If you visit on the weekend, you can also find lasagna. The second courses are also excellent; try the grilled trout and skewers. And finally... last but not least... the desserts... also homemade. I recommend the ricotta, pear, and walnut cake, a masterpiece. As for the location, given that we're talking about a trattoria (because obviously if it were a restaurant it would have had to adhere to different standards), it's definitely basic, with few frills and gimmicks that serve to attract unwary tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Sila/Cosenza dishes, and to anyone who appreciates a menu with just a few dishes (always be wary of anyone offering a rich and complex menu) but expertly prepared, fresh, and not reheated. The prices are reasonable and not at all expensive.

I often frequent Trattoria Fulvio, and each time it confirms its quality. Today I went for lunch with my partner: we had a portion of gnocchi with sauce (soft and flavorful), intensely flavored tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an off-menu boiled veal dish that was incredibly tender, two portions of Sila potatoes, and a bottle of water. Total cost was €41 (€20.50 per person), truly reasonable for the quality of the dishes.
The trattoria is simple, welcoming, and authentic: it's not a fancy restaurant, but a genuine place where you can experience tradition and enjoy excellent local cuisine. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic flavors, generous portions, and fair prices.

The trattoria offers an authentic gastronomic experience, deeply rooted in Sila tradition. The menu, though limited in variety, is designed to showcase the typical recipes of the plateau.
Among the dishes: Calabrian black pig, prepared with great attention to the quality of the meat and cooking technique, the result is a flavorful and well-balanced dish.
The desserts are particularly interesting: chestnuts in cooked must are an original and refined finish to the meal, evoking the rustic and authentic flavors.
The service was courteous and helpful, contributing to a pleasant experience.
The atmosphere is basic and may not meet the expectations of those seeking a more refined setting.

Don't expect embroidered tablecloths. Homemade, carefully prepared food. Decent prices. Each dish costs at least 30% less than the so-called street chefs with slanted tables.
