Two positives The location, excellent for the view and proximity to the center... The kindness and friendliness of the staff, always attentive to our every need... Negatives Dated and dirty rooms, bed made with sheets on the pillows, not even moved after the night. In three nights, they never cleaned the floor. The dining room was cold and had drafty windows. Added to which, the room assigned to me was occupied when I arrived, and several of my friends had to change rooms due to various problems.

This 1970s-style hotel has virtually no technology in the rooms. Cleanliness is excellent, though. The hotel is located near Fermo's historic center (just a short walk away), and the view from the restaurant is stunning! The food is good, simple, and classic Italian dishes. Breakfast is superb, with a wide selection of both savory and sweet options, and you can even make your own freshly squeezed citrus juice. I stayed there for four days with a group from my community. We had a wonderful time, so I highly recommend it.

A vintage 1970s hotel with the decadent charm of those decades, functional and essential, in a magnificent location with a breathtaking view and just a few steps from the vibrant heart of town. Brass faucets and psychedelic showers, but equipped with every comfort. The simple food is not entirely satisfying, in our opinion, but we'll only postpone the review. We'll be back.

The culture of hospitality is at home here, in a unique location with a breathtaking view. My friends greatly appreciate it, and I thank you on their behalf for the way we are always pampered.
