Mooie ambiance , eindelijk weer een restaurant met vis op de kaart als hoofdmenu , Helaas volstaan de meeste restaurants in Madonna met vis als antipasta. verder op de kaart veel vlees en natuurlijk pizza en pasta. Hier een antipasta met verschillende bereidingen van forel en als hoofdgerecht een rivierzalm ( char) ales perfect bereid. een aanrader .

Excellent venison fillet accompanied with polenta. Excellent service. Prices slightly high, but all in all worth it.

Our favourite restaurant in Madonna Di Campiglio! Staff were really welcoming and kind. Can’t fault anything on the menu here. We went three times over the course of the trip because everything was so good. Particularly enjoyed the Cacio e Pepe.

Very good, delicate dishes and very friendly service. We ate really well, at a table on the terrace, perfect weather and a street with no traffic at all. We will be back.

The location is excellent however most of the places are indoors. Quick but imprecise service, my dish arrived when everyone else had finished and it consisted of dumplings which then arrived soft and overcooked... very good. Prices quite high but in line with the area

The meat is very good, but it shouldn't fry on the griddle, it's just a stage fad but it ruins the quality of the meat. It should be roasted and then kept warm, not fried we had an agreement with the hotel and in all the restaurants we went to (about 5) they gave us a 10% discount. This is the only one with 5%.

Ristorante molto curato sia nella location che nel servizio… gli antipasti e i primi erano davvero buonissimi, come secondo abbiamo preso la pizza col patanegra ed stata l’unica cosa di cui non siamo rimasti contenti!

Malga Salanzada

21/09/2025: Rustic mountain hut, good food, typical, cute atmosphere, donkeys😘 sheep😀, immersed in mountain nature... a paradise.
12/09/2025: Whenever I happen to be in the area, a trip to Salanzada is always a pleasure. First of all, the location is wonderful, the view spectacular, and it's wonderful to be able to stop and see the animals living on the farm. The restaurant has never disappointed me. Over the years, I've tried the desserts the mountain hut offers for afternoon snacks several times (all excellent); in my opinion, that's the best time of day to visit Salanzada. For lunch and dinner, I've usually opted for polenta accompanied by mushrooms and/or cheese, a dish I always find delicious (you can't say you've been to Val di Fiemme without eating some polenta with mushrooms, come on). The service, in my experience, has always been prompt and accurate. Every now and then, during less busy times, I even manage to chat with the lady who runs the establishment, who is always very friendly and cheerful.

Antica Trattoria "Al Volt"

14/10/2025: Authentic atmosphere, menu with few but adequate dishes. Good food and very fair prices.
05/10/2025: This is an old trattoria in the center of Trento. We had a very good meal, and the waitress was very kind and helpful. The only flaw: we felt the owner was a bit cold toward families with children; this is also evident in the fact that they have a high chair that I think was at least 30 years old and doesn't have a safety lock to keep children in it. Aside from this, I'm just trying to improve the service. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.
