A very typical local restaurant. Good food featuring fish, meat, and typical local vegetables. The boiled meats are excellent, and the tortellini in broth are superb. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Thanks to Mrs. Caterina and all the staff for the welcome, a restaurant worthy of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in terms of atmosphere, cuisine and service. To try and return.

I returned to Rocca Antica in Soncini again in November, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. The first time, in the summer, I tried the tagliolini al limone and the cod with basil: fresh and light dishes, perfect for the season. This time, the lady recommended the bollito misto—and, as always, her advice is impeccable. I always wonder how she understands my tastes so well! The bollito began with a consommé with tortellini, followed by a rich pot of veal, cotechino, salami, chicken, head, and trotter, accompanied by mustard, mayonnaise, salsa verde, and horseradish, as well as lentils and giardiniera as sides. Everything was delicious and perfectly balanced. Truly, this restaurant is one of my favorites and never disappoints.

We celebrated my daughter's graduation here almost a year ago and were really happy with our choice! The table was perfectly set, the service impeccable, always attentive and thoughtful, and the food was excellent. I wanted to thank the owners and all the staff for making the day truly special.

After our initial introductory meeting, where we developed the menu best suited to us and our guests, today we finally celebrated our daughter's baptism at Antica Rocca. We can happily say that everything was perfect: the welcome, the professionalism, and the attention to detail in the dining room made us feel pampered. The high-quality ingredients used, the excellent pairings, the expert preparation, and the elegant plating allowed us to enjoy, first the sight and then the taste of all the dishes offered.

While visiting the beautiful Soncino, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, we decided to have lunch at the Antica Rocca restaurant. Located adjacent to Porta San Rocco, it's a historic establishment. It's family-run, and the cuisine offers traditional Lombard dishes with a few modern twists. The wine list is excellent, and the service is very friendly and attentive. Among the dishes we sampled, I recommend the Palasone Spalla Cruda, a Slow Food Presidium, accompanied by their amazing giardiniera. A tender venison rack is delicious, and the zuppa inglese (trifle) is a sweet end to the meal. The vegan options are also interesting. The Antica Rocca restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

An interesting place to eat something good when visiting this beautiful town
