⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ANTICA RICETTA – Roccaraso I've been to Antica Ricetta, and I still think about the arrosticini: simply the best I've ever had. Tender, juicy, perfectly cooked, and with that authentic Abruzzo flavor you'll rarely find elsewhere. The restaurant is welcoming, simple yet elegant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick despite the full dining room, a sign that they know how to manage customers well, even during busy periods. I also really appreciated the atmosphere: warm, family-friendly, ideal for a traditional dinner after a day in the mountains. Fair prices and top-notch quality.

I really enjoyed my stay at this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. The typical Abruzzo dishes were a pleasant discovery: generous portions, authentic flavors, and meticulous attention to detail.
