A must-try in the village of Bolsena: platters of cured meats and cheeses for snacks, aperitifs, and even quick lunches, only served outdoors, so in good weather. The shop also sells vacuum-packed items, with a wide selection to suit all budgets. The owner is kind and courteous, a true taste of yesteryear. 🥰

Looking for a quick lunch with excellent ingredients? This is the place. We ordered two platters and a couple of glasses of wine, and it was a feast right away. Everything was excellent, absolutely excellent. Special mention goes to the young woman who served us: she was quick, cheerful, and helpful. The price? In my opinion, it was absolutely fair, in fact, lower than the platter we were offered. By the way, the platter wasn't exactly cheap; on the contrary. If we return to Bolsena, we'll definitely be back for lunch.

I agree with the positive reviews I went for. The kindness and helpfulness deserve 100 stars. I wasn't particularly hungry and asked for a smaller platter; it was possible without any problem. Plus, it was really good. Thank you so much for letting me end a vacation day like this.

07/03/2026: I'd heard a lot about this restaurant and was finally able to try it with friends on a beautiful spring-like weekend. The menu focuses heavily on local seafood, especially fried dishes; everything is delicious and light, with quality ingredients and refined preparation. The wine list isn't extensive, but there are some good ones. The service is superb in every way (kindness, speed, precision). The rustic, elegant atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The price is in line with the quality. Highly recommended.
30/01/2026: The best restaurant I've ever been to. A century-long history, top-quality food and wines. A special place, worth preserving.
