Wow wow wow how wonderful!!! I would return to Silvi only and exclusively to eat those wonderful gnocchi with shrimp and asparagus again (I've already done it twice and I can't wait to taste them again)!!! Wow wow wow!! Compliments to the kitchen!!!!

Friendly and competent staff, delicious and abundant fish dishes, but I already knew it because it had been recommended to me by friends. The real surprise was the white focaccia, delicious!! Also cheap: 2 of us had two appetizers, two spaghetti with clams, a fried dish, coffee and sorbet, just €25 each! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

10/11/2024: If you are looking for an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience, you cannot miss a cod dinner at the "Antico Pagliaio" restaurant. This typical restaurant manages to capture the essence of the peasant gastronomic tradition, offering dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with rustic furnishings that tell stories of the past and tradition. Bruno, the owner, is extremely friendly and ready to guide you in choosing the dishes, passionately explaining the recipes and the origins of the ingredients. The cod, the protagonist of the evening, was prepared in different variations, each of which enhanced the unique flavor of this fish. Every bite was an explosion of flavors that told the story of our grandparents and the Teramo culinary tradition. To end the evening, we couldn't give up a typical dessert, "cantucci alla teramana", an almond-based biscuit, which added a touch of sweetness to our dinner. In summary, the cod dinner at Antico Pagliaio was an extraordinary experience, which combined tradition, quality and passion for cooking. I highly recommend booking a table and letting yourself be won over by the authentic flavors of this restaurant. You won't regret it!

24/03/2025: The new management maintains professionalism and quality. Meat and liver arrosticini excellent for meat and cooking. Young but absolutely adequate staff. Excellent children's area to let the adults chat for a few minutes. Very popular place, packed on weekends. If I have to find a flaw, probably the slightly high prices but eating out is now a luxury.
20/03/2025: Locale ampio, servizio ottimo, prezzi buoni. Ho mangiato pallotte cacio e ova al sugo, sono state gustose e da mangiare nuovamente
