Ristorante Albergo S. Apollinare In Ravenna

We only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the hotel. It's a quiet and relaxing place next to the stunning Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe. The staff and management were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The food was good, well-prepared, with generous and tasty dishes. We ate outside, but there are also spacious, beautifully decorated spaces inside. Prices were average, but the quality was good. The only small issue was a misunderstanding regarding the strozzapreti with mantis shrimp. The waitress had assured me the shells were removed, but in fact I had to pick them individually. The homemade zuppa inglese was also excellent. I'll add a few photos that speak louder than words.

A quaint restaurant near San Apollinare, with convenient parking. Very large but well-managed, with friendly staff. Typical dishes and reasonable prices.
