Ristorante Albergo Autostrada In Viterbo

First of all, being a driver, I demand plenty when I eat... My first course, pasta and beans, was good but meager... When I told the waitress, she replied that's what goes on the plate... well, then it's not a first course for us drivers!!! I told her: I hope to make up for it with the second course, which was a veal steak with fries... I couldn't believe my taste buds; I've rarely eaten such good meat... saved in the corner...

I haven't eaten there yet, but I hope to soon. Five stars out of trust, given the friendly management (and the generosity of the coffee toppings).

A trucker's restaurant of no reputation. Not many truck spots.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is good, as you'd expect from a traditional trattoria, where you'll find workers of all kinds, including truck drivers. The food is authentic, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair. On a negative note, the €3.00 cover charge per person is excessive, I think, considering the type of place; it's unfair. Will we return? Yes, but only for the authenticity of the dishes.

It's been several years since I've been to this restaurant, and it was a real pleasure to discover that the food is still as good as it was back then. The restaurant is near the Orte exit and is regularly frequented by truck drivers, so the portions are generous and the quality excellent. The menu doesn't have many courses, and some can vary from day to day (for example, today, Thursday, they had gnocchi), and in fact the dishes of the day were listed by the very kind waitress. The bucatini all'amatriciana, the mixed grill, the arrosticini (all cooked on real charcoal) were excellent... and the sautéed broccoli was also delicious. I would have also tried the tripe, but I didn't want to overdo it... We didn't order appetizers or dessert because they're impossible to include with a first and second course. Excellent prices, at €20/30 per person, a great lunch (two first courses, two mixed grills, two side dishes, water and 1-liter soft drinks, and excellent coffee). I was so hungry I didn't remember to take photos... maybe next time. The staff were very kind and attentive. Very large and free parking. Disabled access is also available. We returned on January 2, 2026, and the above was confirmed, and this time we also had dessert... a delicious tiramisu...

Excellent location and ample parking, even for trucks. Very good food, including homemade pasta, though not exactly cheap. But worth it for business lunches. Recommended.

The food was good... overall, everything was fine. Fast service. But a little updating of the dining room, etc., wouldn't hurt. Oh, I forgot, paying 9 euros for a cover charge at this place for three people seems a bit excessive.

Typical cuisine and grilled food, the old-fashioned location and cuisine. Always full.

Wonderful experience!!! We go to this restaurant almost every day...So you can draw your own conclusions😂 I've never eaten like this in a restaurant! You'll feel right at home! PS: Try the eggplants, they're amazing💪🏻
