Well-furnished and comfortable rooms, service done with kindness and courtesy, perfect location on the edge of the restricted traffic zone with agreements with multi-storey parking very close by and at a daily price of 7 euros. The top is reached with the breakfast which must be defined as excellent and of excellent quality. Defect that has no defects.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice.
From the welcome, to the rooms and the staff, everything was truly excellent and perfect.

Excellent hotel in the historic center of Lugo. Simple, very clean, very large room and beds, friendly and helpful front office.

We stop for a classical music event, at the café.
We go in, the girl at the reception tells us to continue.
When we arrive, the waiter passes by, not a smile, not a greeting, nor does he ask anything.
Seeing that it was full, we sit in the living room.
After almost half an hour, the waiter appears, if we wanted to drink something.
Honestly, an attitude not suitable in a hotel.
I understand the many people, but a smile, apologies for the wait, would have been nice.
We trust in an improvement, also because the place is nice, and ideal for these initiatives.

Excellent service, quality, cleanliness and spacious rooms. It's a shame about the bathroom: the tub is not very practical for taking a shower. The glass partition is not enough to contain the water that splashes and wets the floor. I would suggest an anti-slip in the tub which is missing! It would ensure the safety and security of guests.
