One of the best 4-star hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are new, charming, and fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. A truly excellent choice!

This hotel was our discovery this year, during a stopover on our trip to southern Italy – a hidden gem with a soul. It's located in a quiet town, away from the hustle and bustle, and is pleasantly decorated, with clean rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. There's also a small downside: the hotel parking lot is tiny (only 4-5 cars). Despite booking in advance, there wasn't a space for us, so we had to park on the street. A similar situation occurred with a group of people who arrived shortly after us.

A hotel rich in history and culture, and where many famous people have stayed. The restaurant staff are very gracious, kind, and attentive. The restaurant chef is definitely the highlight... 10/10.
The only downside is that I would recommend replacing the carpet; it's dated, faded, and stained, but otherwise everything is perfect.
Perhaps the showers in the bathroom are a little small.

What a pleasure to stay here. SUPER friendly staff. Breakfast was great and they really do everything to make you feel at home here.
Special thanks to the barista at the coffee counter. What a friendly guy and his coffee are a perfect way to start your day. The hotel was so nice we stayed an extra night. The cleaning was also perfect. We stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is definitely top 3. The staff here makes it the perfect way to enjoy your holiday.

A very nice hotel. Very quiet and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Air conditioning is available. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for reaching attractions on foot. I found the room to be nice, with a large bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very generous; I would recommend having signs explaining the types of food and drinks available. Kudos to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. I found the rooms very clean. There are a few details that could be improved, but overall I'm satisfied.

We didn't actually use the hotel service, but only the restaurant. The welcome and quality of the past are gone, and the staff is very young and not always up to par. The dishes are consistently good, but the gluten-free selection has been significantly reduced and is unreliable. The wine list is good, although imprecise (if you order a vintage and it's not in stock, it's good practice to let them know and adjust the list and prices accordingly). The bill was also poorly managed: no 15% discount on the à la carte menu for guests of the partner B&B, and no breakdown of individual items. A shame. V
