It really deserves at least once. Peace, nature and excellent dishes. Few, simple and well made. That's how it's done!

In traumhafter Atmosphäre findet man in einem alten Haus neben dem Kloster oberhalb von Imperia, nur auf schmaler Straße mit dem Pkw erreichbar, ein fantastisches Lokal. Das freundljche kleine Team bietet in gemütlicher rustikaler Atmosphäre ein fantastisches Mehr-Gänge-Menü mit gutem Hauswein bei dezenter Musik. Wir waren allesamt begeistert…unbedingt rechtzeitig vorher reservieren.

Craving for borlengo. This very rustic, simple, unpretentious place is ideal for those who want to have a picnic and eat the typical products of Modena. They only make borlenghi, crescentine and tigelle. Borlengo is not made with cooked but I must say it is extraordinary. There's a bit of a wait but it's normal but they bring you one borlengo after another until you say stop... I've read tasteless etc. GUYS, borlengo is the poor eating of a generation that no longer exists, it's made with water and flour, salt, today a pinch adds sense... compliments, the chef and waiter is nice and in this particular establishment he's spot on. We will return on our next motorbike tour... thank you 🤩
