Cozy environment in this period with a nice fireplace, chairs a little uncomfortable for me but antiquity pays off. Good food, cook who knows what she's doing, guinea fowl and pork chop with "handle" above all. I would say it's excellent to try if you pass through Rovigo and come back for those who have already been there. Prices for these types of restaurants are on average, starter, first course and second course, 50/60 euros including drinks, wine, half a liter of water and final bitters.

Already the innkeeper, a real character, is worth the visit!! Great food in right quantities and prices. Many pleasant and curious proposals in addition to the more traditional dishes. I'll be back for sure!!!

We stopped by chance, it was lunch time, beautiful location, an old house. Expertly cooked local dishes and exceptional "truly homemade" desserts. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Locale: 🟢🟢 Menù: 🟢🟢🟢🟢 Servizio:🟢🟢🟢 Prezzo: 🟢🟢🟢 Locale "di una volta", che mostra tutti i segni del tempo. al contempo si respira un'aria di familiarità e genuinità. Menù: piatti della tradizione (anche emiliana, visto che il proprietario è ferrarese). buona qualità delle materie prime e molto semplici con impiattamenti "anni '80", ma si ritrovano i sapori di una volta e la cucina che guarda più all sostanza che all'apparenza. Servizio: il proprietario ha un umorismo tutto suo e anche qui si riscontra l'atmosfera dell'osteria (nel senso più positivo del termine) di una volta: il proprietario "padrone" che fa tutto e intrattiene, aiutato da un cameriere giovane e timido. Prezzo: nella norma per quanto mangiato e proposto: circa 45€/testa per 2 piatti un dolce ed una bottiglia di vino. Assolutamente consigliato se si cercano i sapori di una volta.
