Excellent restaurant in the center, always there, I'd say, in fact it feels like stepping back in time. The absolute protagonist: the trolley. This vehicle, which has practically disappeared everywhere, reigns supreme here! In addition to the first courses and appetizers, the trolley-style second courses are the real deal, which I highly recommend, if not obligatory. Simply worth a try, even if only to rediscover that 70s-80s atmosphere, without sitting down, without reinterpretations, without sensory experiences, but so much, so much substance. Honest bill: 1 bottle of Barbera, 2 bottles of water, 2 mixed boiled meats (abundant), 1 side dish, salsa verde, 3 desserts and 2 coffees: €50 each. For 2 people.

For me, it was the discovery of a lifetime. I've never had such a good experience anywhere else in my life. The ingredients are excellent; such authentic places are rare these days. It's clear you care a lot about quality. Congratulations! Honorable mention for the language; I was shocked by how good it was. We were served by Paolo's partner, whose kindness and cordiality will stay with you forever. And finally, Paolo. Unfortunately, we only exchanged a few words at the counter, but it was enough to confirm what I'd glimpsed in the dining room... a larger-than-life character, exuberant and authentic, as is only right in a context like this. What can I say...a wonderful place, you feel right at home. Paolo is very kind and friendly! He spends a bit of time with all the customers, always asking how they're doing, a lovely person. Cristina is very precise and quick, keeping an eye on every table and not missing a thing! Last but not least, Thomas...fantastic dishes, flavors both bold and delicate, the bruschetta is fantastic!!
