Ristorante 'al Castello' In Napoli

Very nice experience, very clean hotel, very competent staff, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, we had a sea view room, very good location, we used the Lime electric bikes for rides, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, magnificent hotel!

The room I stayed in had a partial sea view, was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly and available to help with any questions. A plus is the garage located in the basement of the hotel (other nearby hotels don't have this). I only noticed two flaws: the shower showed some obvious signs of wear, as did one of the elevators (especially scratches).

A truly pleasant stay at the Royal Hotel Continental. The property is elegant and well-maintained, the rooms spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and always available. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, perfect for starting the day. Excellent location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The continental breakfast is wonderful, but the service above the pool is incredibly high quality. The girls who work there, Rossana, Valentina, Alessandra, and Angela, are truly kind, super professional, and welcoming! I recommend everyone to visit them. Signed Claudio

Every time I come to Naples, the Royal Continental is my go-to hotel. This time, too, they exceeded my expectations. The location is unique, and the courtesy of all the staff never disappoints. A special thanks to Massimo and Rossella for their kindness and courtesy, which even enchanted my friends from Padua. I hope to return soon.

The hotel is not new, yet very elegant and located in an amazing area - safe, clean and ideal for evening walks or dinner. There were 8 of us and we really enjoyed the stay. The restaurant is spacious and offers very fresh products and delicious coffee. We did not have to wait for a table even though it was the middle of summer. The staff members were really helpful. It is not always possible to use the swimming pool, but the hotel is huge, the pool quite small so a beach could be a better option. We were considering a different, more modern hotel in the suburbs and are really satisfied we chose Royal Continental because of the location. It is the best possible option. Other parts of the city are really dirty and often unsafe.

Annalisa is just great, the breakfast is a great experience mainly because of the care that she gives to any of the guests of the hotel!

The royal continental, a hotel I thought I wouldn’t like at first but that changed quickly. The breakfast was so nice as well as their location, the beach, the castle, the nearby shops, the gelato, all a 10/10. My only concern was them not having an iron, we requested it but to my surprise they said that they didn’t own any except one which is used for room service and extra charge. Other than that the hotel is perfect, Update review, While I was surprised to find that ironing machines were not available, I later learned that this was due to a past incident which led management to discontinue the service as a safety precaution. I appreciate their concern for guest well-being, and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that this decision was made with the best intentions in mind.

Rooms are clean, food is good, nice pool on the roof.
