Ristorante Al Caminetto In Mantova

Thanks to Mrs. Bruna's recommendation at "Locanda dei Nonni," we had a truly wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The first night we had pizza, which was very good and packed with ingredients; the second night we had paella, which was simply amazing. Compliments to everyone who was so kind and welcoming.

The place was recommended by Mrs Bruna from the B&B where we were staying. We ate 2 amazing pizzas and since they cooked paella to order we went back the next evening and it was a riot of flavour, a fantastic paella. The only regret is that we won't be able to find it again until next year. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner two nights in a row. The first night we ordered a mixed cured meats and cheese platter, followed by pizza... Good. The second night, two very good fish starters, flavorful and plentiful, followed by a mixed fried fish with golden (not burnt) breading, which was really tasty and also plentiful. We loved everything!!

Very good. Friendly and cheerful staff. Very good food.
