Phenomenal ambience, service and hygiene at the level!

I stayed at Villa Bracali for a private party, and the location, nestled in the Tuscan hills, is truly enchanting. We began with an excellent aperitif by the pool, which provided a charming welcome. Dinner then continued on the patio. A big shout-out goes to the cuisine: the quality of the food was excellent, with dishes that perfectly celebrated Tuscan tradition. My only complaint concerns the atmosphere during dinner. Although we were a large group, we didn't occupy the entire space, and I would have preferred a more intimate setting for our table. Also, a small flaw is the heating: the gas heater fan was quite loud, occasionally disrupting conversation. Overall, a wonderful place for an event, especially for the excellent food, but there's room for improvement regarding the intimacy of the setting.

All in all the villa is great. It is very well located, on a hill above Serravalle Pistoiese and the views are absolutely amazing. Clean rooms and property, plenty of parking very nice people, including rhe (Ithink) owners. Good breakfast as well. The only gripe I have with it is the fact that sometimes they have some weddings on the location, that get pretty loud. Granted they tell it upfront, but I expected a Saturday or a Friday, but no, it was two nights in a row on Monday and on Tuesday... One of them was also extremely loud. If it weren't for that, it would be a full 5 star experience. But I'm still recommending it, if you can allow yourself to not sleep on one or two nights untill midnight😊

Even though I had booked with The Fork, they contacted me via WhatsApp and informed me about the paella and sangria evening (which was also delicious and plentiful). I will definitely be back.

A wonderful location, a well-kept and welcoming atmosphere. For visiting Pistoia, Prato, Florence, and Lucca... Beautiful.

I can't rate the rooms; I was there for lunch (everything was excellent). The location is charming, beautiful, and nestled in the Serravalle hills. The pool is lovely, and you can reserve it by calling (space is limited).

Convenient parking and children's play area, beautiful pool with a stunning view, excellent restaurant services, and excellent food quality. Nothing negative to say. Recommended place.

Il posto è incantevole, con una splendida vista sulla Toscana. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e traspare l'amore per la location! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pietanze tipiche toscane con sapori di una volta. Assolutamente da consigliare

Dai tavoli all'aperto si gode di un bel paronama, la cucina è buona, ottimo il tagliere per due con pappa al pomodoro, polenta fritta coccoli e molto altro, pici alla carbonara ottimi.
