Nice farmhouse overall. Unfortunately, although it was May 1st, it rained a lot so everything outdoors, including the swimming pool, cannot be taken into consideration. Asphalted approach road, with 4 or 5 very narrow hairpin bends to reach an elevated position and outside urban contexts. So no noise. Narrow gravel entrance road with a large sloped parking lot. Swimming pool with a wide view and large attached glass gazebo. The terrace in front of the reception is very beautiful with well-kept plants and trees. Typical and high quality structure. Reception a little small, more than two people cannot enter and you go up directly with a fairly small but typical staircase of rural houses. The room I used is the pigeon loft and is the highest room, with a beautiful view of the pool and the valley. Furnished with table, chairs, a single and a double bed and a wardrobe. Discreet lights, two windows. Narrow and long bathroom, well furnished and a nice shower. Flaws: the bed is a little too soft, there is no minibar, there is no water heater or slippers. But the thing that bothered me a little was that it was noisy. Whatever happens on the stairs or in the lower room, it's like it's in the bedroom, too bad. Yet he is in a privileged position. Overall it's fine. Complete and rich breakfast, excellent. Restaurant. There are two rooms used, and not too many tables. Varied menu enough and excellent food as well as wines. There is no television and this increases the pleasure of enjoying the food and having a chat. Nice, discreet and helpful dining room staff. Everything justifies an adequate price I don't have photos but you can see them from other reviews. The place is beautiful

Overnight stay for one night. Consider the cancellation not foreseen if not well in advance, beyond 15 days. So if like me you book 1 week in advance you are already precluded from the possibility. I strongly hope you do not have any inconveniences since the resolution capabilities are equal to 0. I had an unexpected event and I was denied the cancellation less than 12 hours from the reservation unless with a penalty equal to the entire amount paid. Obviously it seemed unfair to me to give the opportunity to collect a double overnight stay for the same room on the same date. I kept the reservation and used the rooms for a few hours. Consider that the 4 rooms are different in services and costs so it is objectively not possible for them to find you an equally valid alternative based on your reservation and the cancellation policy adopted there limits enormously. Having said that; Clean rooms, new environments, thought out not in the smallest detail. The room with spa does not have a coat hanger for a bathrobe near the whirlpool or the sauna, to name one. The breakfast included in the overnight stay consists of packaged snacks, specifically "gli spesotti" coop, not to discuss the quality but they are not comparable to expectations. There is the possibility of ordering a brioche or similar the day before for the assumed breakfast time....no comment. Considering that they are sold for agritourism and the area allows it, the proposals offered for snacks on the territory are varied and of undoubted quality, far better than the Spesotti. Spesotti also include the herbal tea sachets for the spa... The potential is there...they certainly have plenty of room for improvement. Good luck

We had lunch with them for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We had agreed on a land menu which turned out to be plentiful and of excellent quality. The service was also courteous and attentive. The location is really beautiful with a beautiful surrounding panorama. Truly an excellent experience.

A long Christmas lunch with a fixed menu but certainly one of the best in recent years. Good value for money, ditto for drinks and service. Very pleasant location with parking and large outdoor spaces. Generous portions.

From the top of the hill it is possible to enjoy the view of Serravalle and Pistoia. Large and accessible parking. Stylishly furnished rooms. Heating and air conditioning operating at the customer's discretion. Tastefully renovated structure. Perfect staff. We ate a very pleasant Tuscan menu.

Cozy hotel with a beautiful view. The room is large and the bathroom is very good. It has an excellent breakfast, the price is good and you must pay outside the daily rate. It has large parking. Being a country hotel, it is a very quiet place, it is located outside the city, but it is very close to Pistoia and Lucca.
