I chose Acero Rosso to celebrate my partner's birthday, a choice that's often difficult because I eat meat and he's vegan, but in this truly welcoming place we even found some top-notch plant-based options for him. The service is attentive, both from the hosts, who clearly care about customer satisfaction and the quality of their dishes, and from Ester, the waitress, who was smiling and very kind. The quality of the dishes truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was truly balanced, tasty, and delicious. Congratulations, we'll be back! See you soon!

I had the pleasure of dining at the AceroRosso Restaurant, and the overall experience was very positive. The location is truly spectacular: from the outdoor terrace, you can admire a unique view of the Dolomites, while the carefully crafted wooden interiors exude warmth and intimacy.
The cuisine showcases tradition and local tradition, interpreted with a modern twist. The hand-chopped venison and beef tartare with mustard ice cream and carasau bread was a surprising dish for its balance and originality, showcasing the meat to its fullest. The sausage-stuffed quail with Swiss chard and jus gras was beautifully executed: tender meat, crispy skin, and a flavorful filling that harmoniously tied the dish together. The selection of breads and breadsticks was also highly appreciated, a testament to the attention to detail.
The wine list is interesting, featuring local and national labels, and the suggested pairing proved to be spot-on. The service was friendly and prompt, though simple and not particularly sophisticated: perhaps the only aspect that could be improved, to make the overall experience truly unforgettable.

We had a wonderful meal in a restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent. The "Millefeuille of whipped cod, crispy polenta, basil, and black garlic" was truly unforgettable! The meat was also high-quality and perfectly prepared. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

A welcoming place with a true mountain atmosphere: warm, refined, and authentic. We immediately felt at ease.
The wine was carefully recommended by the owner: my wife and I drank two different wines, chosen based on our tastes, and both were excellent.
The dinner was truly superb.
The seasonal appetizer was well thought out and perfectly executed, accompanied by a selection of breads truly worthy of local tradition.
The first courses won us over, especially the pasta with onions, which for me was a true blast from the past: it reminded me of the flavor of onions my grandmother used to make. Almost touching.
The desserts were also a pleasant surprise: the marinated fruit was fresh and not at all overly sweet, and the tonka bean cream... it truly tasted of tonka bean, which is not always the case.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare presso l'acerorosso e, nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. La cordialità del personale è stata un aspetto che ci ha colpito fin da subito, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente al nostro tavolo.
La cucina merita senza dubbio un plauso: il cibo è risultato ottimo, con piatti ben eseguiti e di qualità. Altrettanto degna di nota è la carta dei vini, ben fornita e in grado di offrire un'ampia scelta per ogni palato.
Tuttavia, alcuni aspetti legati alla gestione generale del locale hanno lasciato un'impressione meno positiva. Nello specifico, abbiamo percepito una mancanza di empatia verso il cliente in alcune politiche. La richiesta di una carta di credito a garanzia per una semplice prenotazione ci è sembrata eccessiva, così come la comunicazione di un sovrapprezzo del 50% in caso di divisione di un piatto. Anche il costo del coperto a 5 euro ci è parso elevato in relazione a quanto offerto.
Nonostante queste piccole note stonate, che ci auguriamo possano essere riviste, l'esperienza complessiva è stata comunque appagante.
