I'll start with the excellent service: the staff were very attentive and good, and the owner had the typical Roman charm. We ate well, and as a native of Puglia, I have to say that discovering Roman cuisine has completely satisfied me. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were excellent. The wine list is good, and we'll definitely be back. 👏🏻👏🏻

A delightful Roman restaurant with a few modern twists in the heart of Mandrione. It's truly difficult to find fault: the cuisine is exemplary, with top-quality ingredients, bold and convincing dishes, very attentive service, and a winning price. Finally, after several months of trying to book a table (the restaurant is always full given the quality), we were able to appreciate the restaurant's authentic cuisine. The slow-cooked suckling pig is delicious, the Roman pasta dishes are magnificent, and the wine and spirits are excellent. The desserts, both traditional and otherwise, are also very good. The restaurant is small, with two indoor dining rooms and a few outdoor seats, where you can still eat in peace, given the area's heavy traffic. The location is spartan, themed after the restaurant's name, simply furnished but very welcoming. The service is very courteous, attentive, and helpful, starting with the owner, Federico, who is always present and knows how to immediately put guests at ease. Prices are commensurate with the high-quality slow food experience. Highly recommended.
