Five stars for the surprise: 14 August, dinner outdoors in a pleasantly cheerful setting. Friendly and friendly female service. Interesting course menu because it explains the dishes in their origin as well as substance: the cuisine in fact intends to draw on the local tradition, the intemelian one. And it manages to do so without weighing on the sauce and condiments. Then make room for corzetti, mandilli, brandacujun, fish ciupin... The corzetti with butter and inland truffles were a delight that deserved an encore. Interesting wine list for the page dedicated to organic wines: we took a Greco del Salento with a characteristic "rustic" flavour. We will be back to try the more autumnal dishes

Elegant yet welcoming restaurant. Excellent welcome also from the dining room staff ready to satisfy every need with a smile. Let's start with an exceptional appetizer (the brandacujun) abundant and satisfying, followed by a tasty fried anchovies together with their particular but delicious homemade pasta! To be left speechless! Excellent quality dishes! And then finish with some delicious desserts! Little but sure, we will be back very soon! Absolutely worth trying! You will be happy :) PS: if you don't specify that you want the glass, they will give you the whole bottle of wine!:)

27/12/2024: At Marco you will never be disappointed. Typical Ligurian cuisine with fixed menu. Characteristic environment housed in a former mill. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended
15/12/2024: Perfect and original location to spend time at the table, food for all tastes, especially land menus, unlimited portions, land menus and all local specialties. The service is carried out by waiters who are pleasant, kind people. Friendly, genuine owner. It's a shame it's far from my home, otherwise I would go there more often. I highly recommend!!!

24/09/2024: Returning for a dinner with friends in this restaurant where a few years ago we had eaten an excellent "brandacuiun", we were welcomed with professionalism and friendliness by the new owner and made to sit in a panoramic position on the terrace overlooking the stream in a welcoming location. However, we are a little disappointed when the ordered dishes begin to arrive as the portions are quite modest, even if the food is of good quality. Given the context, it seemed out of place to want to follow the example of "nouvelle cuisine", where more generous portions would not have left us with a bitter taste in our mouths and would have encouraged us to return.
