A quaint place with a welcoming interior. The food is excellent, crafted from carefully selected ingredients, with a menu that respects tradition but also incorporates technique and innovation. Fabrizio is an exceptional host who guides you through the wide and varied selection of wines, from Abruzzo, Italy, and even internationally. A pleasant experience well worth a stop.

We set out with the idea of ​​grabbing a quick slice of pizza at Lucio's, but when it was closed, we wandered over to this restaurant and decided to give it a try, partly because of the warm welcome we received. It was a wonderful discovery: we ordered OVO64, a must-try if you love soft-boiled eggs, a cream of pumpkin soup, braised cheek on puree, and a crème caramel. Everything was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was attentive and courteous. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

We stumbled upon it by chance on a wandering trip. The initial impression upon entry is one of tradition, but also of taste and attention to detail. Welcoming us warmly but never intrusively by the owner, we were guided through our menu choices and given wine recommendations, appreciating the focus on local, "plebeian" grapes. Clear attention to ingredients (listed on the menu); dishes with traditional flavors presented in a contemporary way. A special mention goes to the tortellini with parmesan and truffle. Fairly priced. We'll return.

A small, quaint osteria in the center of town. Extremely friendly staff, excellent dishes, carefully prepared and tastefully presented. The wine list is amazing, featuring many small, quality wineries that are hard to find. Prices are fair for the area, or absurdly low if, like us, you're unfortunately accustomed to Roman prices. We'll definitely be back.

Recommended by our hotel staff, we were so pleasantly surprised that we returned two nights later. The setting, with its varied, disheveled yet muted furnishings, appears refined and harmonious. The owner and his entire staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness, guiding us through the array of attractive, deliciously flavorful dishes. It's more than worth a visit!

Excellent cuisine and a delightful location in the center of Rocca di Mezzo. The owner was friendly and available for reservations and on-site during dinner. We were able to bring our four-legged friends. The atmosphere was refined and delicious (we tried several). Oh, I posted a photo of an empty plate after mopping up the bread... that gives you an idea... The stew with potatoes was an A+.
