Ristorante 4 Mori In Dorgali

Dopo aver visto il ristorante su trip advisor ho deciso di prenotare un tavolo per me e la mia compagna! Credo di aver fatto una scelta giustissima. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il menù è piccolo ed elaborato si vede che è frutto di studio e innovazione. Locale con pochissimi coperti ma tantissima qualità ! Alla prossima!

Being a local but living outside, I had heard about this restaurant without ever being able to try it and tonight I finally ate there. Expectations were not disappointed, on the contrary, everything was of a high standard starting from the location, well-kept and elegant, bright and spacious at the right point, from the proposal of a menu with hints of tradition reworked with courage and creativity, from the cuisine, a real jewel in the crown (gulurgiones with dashi absolutely incredible) that denotes passion and above all talent of those who first think and then execute the dishes, and finally the service, everyone kind, helpful, discreet at the right point and coordinated to perfection. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back! Well done!

Io e mio marito abbiamo cenato qui giovedi 23 maggio, ci siamo fidati delle recensioni e abbiamo fatto benissimo. Il personale ci ha accolto gentilmente anche se non avevamo prenotato e siamo stati accompagnati al nostro tavolo. Dietro consiglio del gentile proprietario, abbiamo scelto qualche pietanza di mare, un vino e abbiamo piacevolmente cenato. Poiché chiacchierando si è saputo che era il compleanno di mio marito, al momento del dolce, a sorpresa, hanno abbassato le luci e gli hanno offerto un dolcetto con la candelina scintillante! È stata una piacevolissima serata, buon cibo, buon vino e buona compagnia. Torneremo senz'altro.

Wonderful dining experience in an unexpected place, highly recommended.

We had dinner twice during the 4 days we were in Cala Gonone. The Sardinian roots are very present in the dishes offered but the ingredients are used creatively in association with others from "elsewhere": it's a change from the typical dishes we had tried after more than 15 days in Sardinia! Attentive service and pleasant setting.

Refined menu with particular attention to local products, many traditional dishes revisited and interpreted in an excellent way; attentive and prepared staff. It is always a pleasure to return!

Competent and qualified staff, truly excellent cuisine... (Steamed pizza....TOP). Experience to repeat!
