I can only praise the excellent pizza. It stands out from the others for its extremely digestible, light and crispy dough, and high-quality ingredients. This pizzeria really makes a difference and I recommend it. They also have a wide selection of foreign beers.

What's wonderful about the restaurant is that the ingredients, such as the tomatoes, are carefully selected and very good.
The oval-shaped dining room is gorgeous, welcoming, and makes you feel at home.
The only downside: the service.
I understand that we were a large table, and given that it was a Friday evening, the wait for service was truly excessive (we waited 1:30).

On Friday evening, we went to this pizzeria for dinner. We'd been there before, and it had always been quite satisfying. Last night, however, we were a little disappointed. The pizza was small and nothing special, and we also noticed it was overpriced. The gluten-free option was suspended, so we couldn't order gluten-free pizza, but on a positive note, there were sandwiches available. Maybe it was the weather, but we also had to wait a long time for our pizza.

I'm giving it three stars because I'm confused:
- very good and very digestible pizza (regular version, I'm not celiac).
- they also make gluten-free pizza.
- confused because it's a very good pizza, but a gourmet one. It doesn't have the consistency of a classic pizza.
The ingredients are jumbled, falling off when you lift it because the tomato sauce made the melted mozzarella slide off, which (coming from fresh cherries) didn't stick to anything else. It's a gourmet pizza. Not a classic pizza.
Good, but consider the type.
- a little annoyed because the pizzas took way too long to come out. Usually an oven holds 5-8 pizzas, cooking time 6 minutes. (I had a pizzeria). Well, for us, two pizzas took about an hour.
- bill. I don't think it's fair to "judge."
If you come to me, you'll have the experience, and I'll set the prices. Fair enough. So I'll just list: a Margherita €7, plus sausage €3. A mortadella with pistachios and mozzarella €10. Appetizers before pizza: €2.50-€3 per supplì (special flavors).
Reading the menu, gourmet pizza experiences, with their description and choice of ingredients, were as low as €20 each. Again: do you want one? I studied them; it's an experience; the ingredients are specific and of a different value; they have their price. The end.
Overall:
The food was good, digestible, good quality.
The waiters were kind and attentive.
The price was fair.
The wait was excessive.
Tip: I understand the menu is already prepared, but, even in a digital version, or by uploading them here on Google Maps, it wouldn't be a bad idea to include photos of the gourmet pizzas. It would increase demand since customers can visualize what they're ordering, and are more likely to order even more expensive options. By uploading them here on Google when the owner uploads the photos, a specific album can be created for the owner.

On The Road is a long-standing restaurant in Isola. It's always a pleasure to stop by. The service is fast, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is excellent. I had a truly delicious cacio e pepe suppli, perfectly breaded, and a marinara pizza with a tomato sauce I'll never forget.

Simply wonderful. I'm always on the go with my job, and I'm very careful about where I can eat well and be treated like I'm eating out. Whether it's a business dinner, lunch, or an evening spent with family, this place is excellent in every way: customer service, the qualified and very helpful staff, the quality, the atmosphere. Luppolo e Farina, more than a discovery, a confirmation! We'd already been to this pizzeria some time ago in the winter and the dining experience was positive, as was this evening. The menu offers a wider selection, including vegetarian and vegan options (a much appreciated consideration), and the quality of both the ingredients and the finished product is excellent. Each pizza is paired with a beer, which was also good. Unfortunately, the ambiance in both experiences left a little to be desired, given the quality and attention to detail. Inside, the pizzeria has a somewhat spartan plastic patio compared to the very well-maintained pub area. In the summer, seating is only available outside in front of the entrance, which is a closed parking lot facing the street, which unfortunately, due to the lighting and curtains, has become filled with annoying insects while eating. Another sore point are the camping tables. In any case, the pizza was delicious and very light. Overall, a positive rating, but the ambiance could be significantly improved.
