Place recommended by the manager of the b&b where we were staying, I confirmed the premises. Informal and cheerful decor, family clientele who filled the place within minutes of opening. We chose a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses (decent) and a guastella (unfortunately it arrived lukewarm). The first courses were excellent: risotto with Piacentinu Enna and sausage and mushrooms, tagliatelle with Nebrodi black pig ragout. More than generous portions! House wine and a bitter concluded the evening's menu. The bill is more than honest and at the checkout the pleasure of being able to exchange a few words with the co-owner of the place... Discovering what Sciabbè means!

I celebrated my graduation in this place and I can say that it was an unforgettable experience. The staff and owner were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home. The service was impeccable and the food... simply fantastic! Each dish was an explosion of flavors and even the vegan and vegetarian options were a real pleasure for the palate. The quality of the cuisine is truly excellent and every bite was a pleasure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special dining experience!

Really good value, in fact cheap, for excellent food and service. We ordered a Crotone to share thinking it was one dish but there was more than enough for two. Both the pizza and pasta main courses were very tasty. The service was very good and it was fairly busy for Sunday night. Would recommend
