We ate very well. A trio of hot appetizers: spaghetti with sea urchins (delicious), paccheri with lupini (small clams) and sea truffles, a fried shrimp and calamari with vegetables, a mixed fried fish (calamari, shrimp, mixed seafood, and vegetables), a tiramisu, two coffees, a bottle of water, and a bottle of Vermentino (€25). Total: €152.

A nice little restaurant in the center of Marina di Cecina. Good food, portions that aren't huge, and prices in line with other local restaurants. The young man who served us was very kind and explained that since they serve fresh fish, they didn't have every dish on the menu, and some dishes varied depending on the catch. The cacciucco, a dish that isn't particularly light, was very good. The only negative: the gentleman who charged us, who seemed to be the owner/manager, wasn't exactly friendly, but maybe he was just having a bad day.

We are regulars at the fishmonger's and restaurant. They guarantee spectacularly high-quality, fresh fish, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Best seafood restaurant in Marina di Cecina.

La cucina di Cozzechella

15/10/2025: I've been going to Cozzechella for a few years now and I have to praise the quality of the food, although I must point out that recently the prices have gone up and the quantity has decreased. Some dishes, such as the creamy chickpea soup with shrimp, which I loved so much, have been removed from the menu, which, in my humble opinion, isn't a good thing, since ordinary dishes can be found everywhere...obviously, for quality you have to look further. The owner, perhaps overwhelmed by the increased workload than before, has lost some of his simplicity. Regardless, it's a restaurant that offers a good balance between quality and price.
24/09/2025: A wonderful experience. The place is truly beautiful and the quality of the products is top-notch. The added value is the staff, especially Gianfranco, who served our table and was truly fantastic!

31/12/2025: A welcoming restaurant with a sea view. High-quality, fresh food, crafted to bring out its full potential. The soup pictured was like taking a dip in the sea. Highly recommended for a stop in Camogli!
