We had the cacciucco.....not bad. Then he sold us some snails as a first course at a price never announced....€10.- for a small portion....exaggerated

A trip to Cecina is worth a lunch in this characteristic restaurant decorated in a nautical theme with very fresh fish: the oysters with house vinaigrette are divine, the raw meat is sublime, the cacciucco is absolutely worth trying and the fried food is the best in Italy. Special mention for the spaghetti with sea urchins. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and moreover, they are professional. It is necessary to book because it is always full. For us it has become a permanent fixture here in Cecina. Highly recommended.

Se cercate pesce cascate bene. In questo locale si mangia bene e a prezzi equi.
Perché solo tre stelle?
Sarà stato certamente un disguido, ma portare insieme primo e secondo non è da eccellenza.
Poi… un pizzico di accoglienza in più non guasta.
Comunque consigliato.

.. gran crudo molto buono, tutto il resto sulla sufficienza..primo ai gusci lime e aglio in abbondanza e non ci è piaciuto l'oste, ovvero in particolare la gestione del conto, ricaricato un po' su tutti i piatti, un esempio su tutti pasta con moscardini per i due bambini, costo da menù 15 euro, diviso in due piatti dietro consiglio dell'oste, costo 10 per 2= 20..vabbè..e non aggiungo i 3 euro sulla bottarga che non c'era su richiesta nostra e i 2 euro sul gran crudo passato da 28 a 30..totale ricarica 10 euro..le cose sono due, o il menu non è aggiornato o non so fare i conti..i dettagli nella vita fan la differenza.
