23/07/2025: Beautiful restaurant on Mugoni beach in Alghero. Beautiful location. I ate in the private beach area (where there's a €2 cover charge) right on the beach and the sea... the sunset with Capo Caccia in the background is simply breathtaking. The dishes are simple but varied; the seafood appetizers are excellent, and the fried calamari is superb. As for the first courses, the seafood fregula was delicious, but I thought it had too much sauce. I was a bit disappointed with the seadas, which were a bit rubbery on the palate; there are definitely better options. The staff is courteous and helpful, but the service could be more attentive: I waited over half an hour for someone to take my order because only one waiter had a PDA. It would therefore be helpful to provide all the waiting staff with suitable equipment for taking orders. Furthermore, not all the staff speak Italian. The prices are fair, in my opinion. I'd also like to point out the parking lot (which is the same as the beach): it's absurd to charge €1/hour even in the evening, without any kind of security or supervision. Reservations are made exclusively online by filling out a form. Overall, the experience was positive, and I'd recommend this place for a different kind of dinner near Alghero.
