The usual trattoria where you eat well is paid adequately but with very abundant dishes, suitable for Rosaria Di Mauro known as Chimera, so it is not for those on a diet, and for those who love refined things like me, lady D.

Fantastic!!! Authentic and delicious. Personally, I prefer the natural friendliness like here a thousand times over the fake friendliness that is often found in upscale restaurants (at least in Germany). And the food was great. Highly recommended! Many thanks to the Angelo del Mare team!

Uno dei posti migliori a Tropea per mangiare dell’ottimo pesce! Per noi una certezza, avendo una cosa molto vicino abbiamo scoperto qualche anno fa questo ottimo ristorante e ci siamo sempre trovati divinamente. Il locale non è molto grande e seppur i tempi non sono brevi, l’attesa ne vale la pena sia per gusto che per freschezza. Siamo stati presenti in alcune serate che hanno riscontrato problemi con altri clienti forse anche descritti nelle recensioni. Ci tengo a sottolineare che non siamo né parenti né amici, ma clienti abituali che si sono sempre trovati bene e che hanno anche visto la maleducazione di chi con arroganza e presunzione pretende, dimenticandosi che solo chi fa sbaglia! Vincenzo e Ombretta andate avanti per la vostra strada, prenderemmo le vostre difese ancora!

The octopus pasta was reallllly tasty. Among the best pasta I had in Italy. Calamari and potato fry was also very fresh and didnt stink of old oil. The grilled orata was perfectly seasoned, juicy and tasty. We were with two very hungry and tired toddlers so we didnt get to enjoy in peace but the lady was very accomodating and understanding. Highly recommend.

fresh fish, well prepared and delicious. The chef gave us personal advice. You can rely on his recommendation. Even if only Italian is spoken, you only need to say “Si”. An absolute recommendation for fish lovers and it is only five minutes away from the old town. The food from the menu is also very tasty. The tartuffo is very good.

Very tasty fresh fish! We were there with our three children, very nice service, large portions.
