Nothing to say, I was impressed by the quality of the meat here. I'll be back, although this time I'd skip the appetizer and focus exclusively on the meat selection. Truly excellent.

Family dinner, informal setting with outdoor seating in the summer. Orders are taken by the owner, who recommends the type of meat based on the table's preferences. The carpaccio is phenomenal, and the taglierini with cheese and salami is also excellent. Perhaps the quantity of meat was too much, but the owner gave us good advice: the Uruguayan beef was amazing, with a rich texture and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The meat is brought to the table, and guests can finish cooking it to their liking using the stove and griddle. The only thing I would change is the way they serve their sauces, the chimichurri, and the BBQ: I'd opt for a jar instead. A fair price for what we ate. We'll definitely be back.

5 stars, deservedly! Excellent value for money. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I can safely say that within a 50km radius of Pescara, I couldn't find a better place to eat some good meat. The owner is attentive to detail, the house wine is excellent... I contradict those who complain about the unbearable smoke, for the simple reason that every table is equipped with an extractor hood (see photo). As for the prices, they are displayed on every table and are perfectly in line with other grill restaurants, even though the quality here is higher and the variety of beef is very, very extensive (they really have everything). All in all, excellent value for money. So, for me, On the Road gets full marks, and I recommend this grill restaurant to all my followers.

What service, what explanations. Truly mind-blowing. We were amazed by the kindness and the quality. The meat melted in the mouth. The only criticism is that the ventilation doesn't work well, but otherwise, it's worth a try. And it wasn't too expensive for the quality of the meat. The crock-pot appetizers were delicious.

We stopped by last night for dinner and had antipasti in a crockpot, meat rolls with gorgonzola and arugula, cold cuts, arrosticini, and house wine. Everything was truly excellent. The place has a quiet and intimate atmosphere, and the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent value for money. A highly recommended place for anyone passing through. :)
