Ristobar Pizzeria Atlantic In Montoro superiore

First time at this place. I'd been told the pizza was good, and as a true Neapolitan, I went to try it. I must say, I wasn't expecting a truly delicious Margherita, cooked to perfection, flavorful, and with a light, soft crust that didn't upset my stomach at all. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous and fast, and the place, with both indoor and outdoor seating, is very quiet and charming. I'll definitely return for the delicious rotisserie chicken that I watched cooking in the oven.

I was here a few days ago, but I couldn't find anything open, so I went in, a little desperate, and asked what they had without meat, since I don't eat it. They welcomed me with such kindness and professionalism. The gentleman offered me some buffalo mozzarella bites (5) and some bread. I took them back to the hotel, and you have no idea how good they were, and the price was excellent. The bread (I love all kinds of bread) was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside—just perfect. I'll remember this place fondly, and I thank them again for their kindness! It was a pleasure, and I'll be returning to Bologna with even more wonderful memories! :) Sorry for the not-so-pretty photo, but I made do as best I could at the hotel. 😂
