Far from the flashy displays, her gelato stands out for its quality and authenticity. I tried the Amarissimo, Aunt Giò, and Malaga flavors, and was struck by their creaminess and lightness, allowing you to savor every single nuance of flavor—a rare detail these days. Anyone who criticizes the portions (which are, by the way, in line with other quality gelato shops) hasn't understood that the true art of gelato isn't measured in quantity, but in excellence and flavor.
