Probably the best restaurant in Molise. We're at the home of chef Renato Testa... or rather, the cook, as he prefers to call himself.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like a home dining room with just a few tables, so you can eat in peace. The host sets off fireworks, with his unexpected jokes but above all with his dishes.
Renato's cuisine is inspired by the gastronomic tradition of Molise, with a selection of high-quality local ingredients that are respected and enhanced by his creativity.
Numerous dishes are strictly seasonal and always surprising. Here are some examples, purely indicative:
- Appetizer: fried cod with vanilla batter, flavored with chocolate and rosemary.
- Dessert: zucchini flowers stuffed with brandy ricotta mousse.
Strange combinations, right? And yet they are delicate yet flavorful dishes... heavenly!
