At the Rio Bar the aperitif is excellent, the cocktails are excellent and the appetizers almost like dinner. But the best is lunch, with truly exceptional dishes. The bread and focaccias they produce are now legendary. Very kind and helpful staff and owners. Very nice informal environment... all he needs is a little space, perhaps outdoors, he deserves it!!
