The saddler's hut in South Tyrol is a real insider tip! The food is simply excellent – ​​authentic, fresh and prepared with a lot of love. The service is incredibly warm and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. The location is fantastic: in the middle of nature, surrounded by peace and a breathtaking mountain backdrop. A place where you can relax and enjoy. We will definitely come back – absolutely recommended!

15/11/2024: Siamo tornati in questo posto dopo qualche anno in cui eravamo capitati per caso grazie a TripAdvisor.. Che dire la cucina sempre ottima, i piatti di carne abbondanti e davvero gustosi, la cortesia del personale un punto in più all'ambiente.. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole gustare piatti della tradizione trentina, carne, e "ricette" alla Bud Spencer E Terence Hill
13/10/2024: Siamo venuti una domenica presso questo locale. Il proprietario ci ha anticipato che potevamo accomadarci ma il servizio sarebbe stato un po’ lento in quanto il locale era pieno. Invece sono stati rapidissimi! Abbiamo ordinato una pastora e due costine, era tutto buonissimo e abbiamo gradito la panocchia che era morbidissima e dolce. Poi l’idea di servire il grappino con le costine ha reso tutto più bello! Grazie

27/04/2025: Für ein Touristenmagnet, direkt auf dem Marktplatz, war das ein sehr schmackhaftes gutes Essen, mit netter Atmosphäre und gutem Service.
30/01/2025: Locale ideale per chi vuole gustarsi un aperitivo con vista sulla centralissima piazza Walther nel cuore del centro storico di Bolzano. Oltre ad i classici aperitivi, il locale offre una buona carta dei vini ricca di cantine locali. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la centralità della location, molto apprezzati gli stuzzichini serviti con l'aperitivo. Per chi volesse prolungare l'aperitivo con la cena/pranzo, il locale dispone di una sala ristorante dove, oltre ad i piatti della cucina locale, si può mangiare una pizza.
