Rifugio Monte Baldo In Avio

We stayed in this refuge for 4 days on half board, spending very pleasant days and an unforgettable New Year's Eve. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent organization of the refuge, by the good and varied food and by the very friendly and familiar staff, from the youngest to the oldest! Special praise to the all-rounder and great Marco! We would like to return to admire these places in the spring.

More than positive experience!!! The thing that I liked most of all is the collaboration between all the members of the family that historically manages the refuge, which makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer. Great availability and courtesy, but spontaneous, not designed to please! Everything else excellent! Because we must not forget that we are in a refuge and not in a 4-star hotel, so I find certain comments that I read in the reviews to be completely out of place!

A small paradise in uncontaminated greenery with an excellent and warm welcome and unforgettable dishes

Come posto e come cibo è discreto, unica osservazione nel loro sito c'è scritto menu degustazione ogni giorno a euro 20, in realtà è euro 22+coperto+acqua ( che potrebbero dare gratis quella in caraffa di qualche fonte)+vino+ caffè.

Very pleasant stay with very friendly and welcoming staff. The cuisine is excellent, home-made with a good choice of local products and the dinners are always varied, with many courses and excellent quality. All the staff are committed to making you feel at ease for one of the most relaxing experiences we have ever had. Prices are more than honest and the surroundings are waiting to be discovered.

This refuge in the mountains lacks nothing to stay and rest. The hospitality and courtesy of the family who hosted us is wonderful, so much so that we felt like we were being pampered. The nature that surrounded us and the walks made us feel free. Don't be discouraged by the kilometers of curves to get there because they are necessary to leave the world with its chaos behind and enjoy a perfect place to relax and reinvigorate. Furthermore, the mountain encourages new friendships and unforgettable encounters. We will happily return.

We returned to Rifugio Monte Baldo after 3 years... the Pachera family always welcomes you with disarming availability. A close-knit and tested team in preparing delicacies, all rigorously homemade. From pasta to jams, from yoghurt to tarts it is an anthology of flavours... the tasting menu satisfies all palates... in short, returning was a pleasure, returning will be a must🥰 Update 4/8/2024 -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --- An enchanting refuge with breathtaking landscapes, routes and walks that start directly from the structure. The food is excellent, the tasting menu is different every day and everything is strictly homemade. From the breakfast cakes, the yogurt, the jams, the homemade pasta, the desserts and finally the ice cream, all strictly produced by the fantastic owners. In fact, the family is a real work team, a close-knit team that welcomes you from the first greeting and amazes you in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
