Fantastic place with stunning views. During winter ❄️ time a hidden gem frequented by locals for a short ski a a hike on the top. A always en everywhere in Italy 🇮🇹 yummie food & drinks 🥂 at affordable prices. ❤️🗻🚡

A place immersed in nature; perfect for those who want to escape from the daily grind and enjoy the silence of the mountains. Excellent tasting menu; family atmosphere; obviously, being a refuge, the rooms are basic; nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Recommended for hikers, as there are many trails.

We had an amazing time at Rifugio Monte Baldo. We wanted to hike to the rifugio from Avio, but Ryanair lost our bags, and we had to change our plans. The host was very accommodating. He helped us organize a taxi and recommended local walks based on the weather conditions. We had a delicious five-course supper for €22, along with their house wine. We would love to stay at Rifugio Monte Baldo in summertime!

Monte Baldo is a simply wonderful place, worth visiting at least once in your life. Stunning views, clean air, and nature everywhere: it's one of those places that truly rejuvenate you. I've been there, and the experience is well worth it, both for the lake view and the relaxing walks at altitude. The only downside is the parking for the peripheral road up to the top: it's hard to find and very expensive. This is a bit of a contrast to the beauty of the place and could be managed better. Otherwise, Monte Baldo remains a splendid destination that I absolutely recommend.

Lost somewhere between the peaks, as if time had forgotten it. ⛰️ Rifugio Monte Baldo—a small shelter with soul, where silence tastes better than coffee, and the hosts' smiles are warmer than the sun over Lake Garda. ☀️ We stumbled upon it completely by accident, without any plans or expectations... and left with full bellies and hearts. 🩶 They didn't have a long menu, but they gave us everything they had—and it tasted like home. 🍝 We wholeheartedly recommend it 💕💕💕💕

23/01/2026: I’m going to start by saying the 1 star reviews have to be fake? It’s just not possible. My boyfriend and I have come here for probably the 8th time for lunch or dinner. We have a cottage up the road. For context my boyfriend is a Milanese man - knows his Italian food and I from South Africa an international with a different perspective and an eye for what feels authentic and local. The restaurant we are always welcomed by the same staff over the last 2 years , always greeted with smiles , with attention , never left waiting. Never left with an order that arrived to our table cold. The food is our favourite , clean ingredients , great dishes. Bread and herbed home made butter. The wines — there are so many good choices. The desserts again to die for you have to try the strudel. Everytime we are served with clean table cloth, no marks on cutlery, all clean cutlery and super friendly service. I highly recommend this place! Again and again.

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. I'm attaching a photo of our favorite dish.
28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.
