Rifugio Genziana In Omegna

I had the pleasure of having lunch at Rifugio Genziana during a day on the ski slopes at Mottarone, and the experience was truly positive. The meal began with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses: excellent quality, fresh and tasty products, perfect for whetting the appetite. Next, we tried the polenta with braised meat and the polenta with cheese. Both dishes were well prepared, plentiful and tasty, ideal for a regenerating break in the mountains. To conclude, the tiramisu was a great choice: soft, balanced in flavor and delicious. The refuge is located directly on the slopes, which makes it extremely convenient for skiers. It is also an ideal solution for families who want to spend a fun day with the children, perhaps trying bobsleigh. There is a car park nearby, very useful for those arriving by car, and access is simple and well organised. In general, an excellent choice to enjoy typical dishes in a welcoming environment and with a spectacular view of the Monte Rosa Massif.

Ottimo. Il cameriere Gianpiero è il top dal punto di vista professionale e umano. Il cibo veramente buono, dai antipasti del posto alle tagliatelle al ragù di cervo fino alla tagliata che si scioglie in bocca(mio figlio di 5 anni ha mangiato più di metta della mia porzione)
