Truly a great place to have lunch or just for a chocolate. Very courteous staff and the eye is also delighted with the beautiful Teresa always present and in typical costume.

Very tasty food, fast service, always busy, waiting at the entrance to be shown to a table.

Incredible day at Dolomiti Superski! The slopes were perfectly maintained, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites at every turn. The highlight was definitely stopping at Yaks Rifugio Friedrich August - fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and unbeatable views. A must-visit spot while on the mountain! Can’t wait to return.

The Friedrich August Refuge is an authentic jewel set in the Dolomites, with a unique position overlooking the splendid Val di Fassa. The culinary experience here is simply exceptional: the quality of the meat is extraordinary, expertly prepared to bring out every nuance of flavour. The pizzas also deserve a special mention: fragrant, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. Each dish on the menu is a gastronomic journey that combines tradition and quality. The service is impeccable: fast, friendly and highly professional. The staff welcomes guests with extreme kindness, making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. In winter, reaching the refuge is part of the adventure: you can only arrive on skis, which adds a touch of exclusivity to the experience. Hotel guests, however, can take advantage of a practical snowcat transport service, available before 8.30am and after 5.15pm. One of the most beautiful refuges in the Dolomites, you can easily get there by descending from the red Col Rodella cable car. Place with great attention to detail, very friendly staff, amazing view. I will never forget the cream krapfen which is one of the best desserts I have eaten in my life. If you look towards the valley you will also find Tibetan cows, a stop not to be missed on the sella ronda.

Bel Rifugio, ambiente rustico ma moderno, ottima vista sulla vallata e sugli yak al pascolo. Abbiamo ordinato dei dolci, ottimi e presentati bene. Personale gentile, servizio veloce. Prezzi un po’ alti a mio parere, ma niente di esagerato.

Posto paradisiaco,unico,tanta pace nonostante l'affluenza di persone. Sono rimasta affascinata della vista,ho visto per la prima volta le marmotte 😁,che belle,Un rifugio molto bello,buoni i bomboloni,personale gentile.Location da urlo.
