04/01/2025: We had to stop for a quick lunch, like every year, during a day of skiing....and instead this hut has become a fixed stop for our lunches, to the delight of my husband and our two children!
The credit certainly goes to the new management and, in particular, to the dining room manager (I think his name was Daniel, a Tuscan boy) who immediately struck us with his professionalism, warm welcome and ability to coordinate a team put together hard test from the high influx of people, typical of the Christmas period. Despite this, the service was impeccable: efficient, courteous and always attentive to detail, making us feel pampered from start to finish.
The real surprise, however, came in the evening, thanks to Daniel (I hope I remember the name correctly!) who convinced us to try the dinner experience: unforgettable, starting from the snowmobile trip organized by them, exciting and, at the same time, extremely comfortable!
The evening menu was a true culinary journey: refined dishes, presentations with attention to the smallest details and impeccable service. The quality of the food and wine, including the bubbles, really won us over.
We ended the evening with their artisanal chocolates, a real treat that I highly recommend not to be missed!
To be repeated and certainly recommended both for those looking for a relaxing lunch after a walk or a day of skiing, and for those who want to spend an evening immersed in nature, under the stars, enjoying a refined dinner accompanied by a fantastic welcome and service .
We'll be back soon!
04/01/2025: Really beautiful location, the place is also well looked after but the organization of the tables is a service that absolutely needs to be reviewed. Paying 17 euros for a hamburger sandwich and 5 fries (and then they say that Capri is expensive) after an exhausting queue, seeing the waiters pass by and not remove the dirt from the previous guests' table was a truly bad experience.
Even eating at the tables (with service) required queuing for at least an hour.
In conclusion I would suggest:
1) make it clear to customers which is the "self service" area and which is the restaurant area (with table service)
2) given the location, for the service served at the tables, take reservations online or by telephone (also guarantee with a credit card) and then once full, stop.
3) get a few more waiters.
4) make more toilets
It's about quality and image
