It is an amazing place, the food is super fresh and tasty and the composition of the Sushi is great and unique. The owners are really nice and they also speak English well. I had been here twice and I have always loved it.

I discovered this place thanks to a comment they made under a post about celiac disease, where they mentioned they had several gluten-free products, demonstrating great knowledge and sensitivity on the subject. Yesterday I went there for the first time, and it was natural to leave a review, because those who work with such professionalism deserve to be recognized. I ordered two poke and it was an excellent experience: the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, unlike anything I'd ever encountered before. The staff was kind and very helpful. Amazing sushi after a great visit in the parco archeologico d’Ostia! It is only a 10-mins drive. The sushi was truly wonderful! The rice was cooked to perfection and the quality of fish was outstanding! In particular tuna was delicious, which is really rare these days. We have tried the sashimi and the more inventive flavours. The uramaki with tuna, mango purée and mint was very special, in particular because there is sooo much fresh mint growing in the ruins of the ancient Ostia, so the smell connected us to our visit! The service was really kind and very fast! We had a flight to catch from Fiumicino and it took us under 40mins to dine! Will definitely come back! Complimenti!

I don't make google reviews often but I absolutely HAD to for this place. My family and I had gone two days in a row because it was that good! We dined in one day and did takeout the next. They have no traditional rolls and they're phenomenal, unlike anything we've ever had! This place is so underrated that I would recommend this to anyone. Plus the people there are so so kind! They need more business so I'm giving them a shoutout!
