16/05/2024: We loved it! We visited several mornings during our recent visit to Florence. Cappucini and cornetti were delicious. Great service. Reasonable prices. Surprised by the negative reviews here. I believe it's customary in Italy to add a surcharge for using a table; most locals just stand at the bar.
