Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was perfect - the atmosphere, the chef, the food, the wine. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

The food was amazing and unique, exactly what you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. We enjoyed the 8-course menu paired with 3 glasses of wine, which made it a complete experience. The staff was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Watching the live cooking added a special and unique touch to the evening. I would highly recommend it — the chef takes classic ingredients and gives them a creative and refined makeover.

A minimalist, meticulously maintained restaurant where nothing is left to chance. Stepping through the double doors separating the restaurant from the traffic of the nearby highway is like entering a bubble of delight for the eyes, nose, and palate. The service is attentive, precise, and professional. The culinary spectacle—the restaurant is not surprisingly called Retroscena (Backstage)—begins with the curtain separating the dining room from the kitchen (a stroke of genius!). The team is young and hardworking, and under the watchful eye and watchful eye of the chef, the dishes emerge steadily without long waits.
Chef Abou Zaki's cuisine is delicious, palatable, distinctive, and easily recognizable, often playing on bitter and acidic tones. The preparations are often complex, but the ingredients are always perfectly recognizable.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Richard Abuzaki, a truly special man. Although he is a Michelin-starred chef and a recognized name in gastronomy, he impressed me with his modesty and naturalness. He is extremely polite, down to earth, without any trace of a "celebrity" attitude.
At the restaurant, he and his team took exemplary care of us. The atmosphere created was warm and welcoming, and Chef Richard proved to be not only a consummate professional, but also a friendly, jovial man who is close to his guests.
I thank him for this unforgettable experience and I recommend him with all confidence. He is living proof that culinary excellence can go hand in hand with humility and respect for people.
